What shipping address should I enter at checkout?

You should enter the destination address where you want the package to be delivered. For MyUS members with Premium or Business membership: if you select Manage in Suite at checkout, your items will arrive in your MyUS Suite, and will be sent to you based on the shipping schedule selected in your account settings.

Can I edit or cancel my MyUS Marketplace order?

No, unfortunately, you can't change or cancel your MyUS Marketplace order after it is placed.

Why was my order or item cancelled?

We make every effort to ensure items in the MyUS Marketplace are available when you place your order. However, there are times that we may need to cancel your order, or an item in your order, such as if an item is out of stock, or if there are export laws that prevent the item from shipping to your country. If this happens to you, we will automatically refund you for the cost of the items plus any shipping costs. This refund will show up on your original payment method, typically within 14 days.

Can I return merchandise ordered through MyUS Marketplace?

We cannot process a return on your behalf unless the items that arrive at our warehouse are incorrect or damaged.
