Why was my order or item cancelled?
We make every effort to ensure items in the MyUS Marketplace are available when you place your order. However, there are times that we may need to cancel your order, or an item in your order, such as if an item is out of stock, or if there are export laws that prevent the item from shipping to your country.
If this happens to you, we will automatically refund you for the cost of the items plus any shipping costs. This refund will show up on your original payment method, typically within 14 days.
